Root Cellar Outreach event with United Baptist and New Hope Saturday, June 21st.
10 am till 11 am Training and Plege Request
11am till 12 pm Setup / Prayer Walk
12 pm till 2 pm Food and Activities
2pm till 3pm Clean Up and Checkout
We will at least do a cookout with hamburgers and hot dogs, chips and drinks. We would also like to do some kind of children’s activities (face painting, balloon animals, etc.) if we have enough volunteers. We’re open to suggestions for activities.
